How to use this tool

Enter your domain and topic
Your domain is used to build branded citation-test queries (“according to [domain]…”). Your topic shapes the informational and comparison queries.

Add key terms you want to rank for
Any terms you’d want AI engines to associate with your content — these get woven into the generated queries to test whether your content is being cited for those associations.

Generate and copy your query set
Each engine gets its own optimised query list. Queries are formatted slightly differently per engine — ChatGPT prefers direct questions, Perplexity handles research queries, Gemini responds well to factual/comparison formats.

Run the queries manually or track systematically
Copy each query, run it in the target AI engine, and check if your domain is cited in the response. Mark Yes/No in a spreadsheet. 10 queries × 3 engines = your baseline citation rate.

Re-run monthly to track changes
The same query set run monthly gives you a longitudinal citation rate — the core GEO metric. If your rate drops, it’s a decay signal. If it rises, your optimisation is working.
